He shared about the memoir he wrote of cartel hitman El Mano Negra. This event was co-sponsored by Seton Hill's Criminal Justice Club, and the Q&A discussion was be led by Dr. Shavonne Arthurs, Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Program.
