Call for Entries: Alumni Art Exhibit
Seton Hill alumni are encouraged to submit up to three works of art to be considered for exhibition in the Alumni Art Exhibit, on display in the Harlan and Jodee Harris Galleries, June 6 to June 27, 2025.
All mediums accepted, and alumni from all graduating classes are welcome to submit. The submission deadline is Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at midnight.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- Submit artwork as low-res JPEG files and send via email to Emily Franicola, Director of Harlan Gallery, at harlangallery@setonhill.edu. The subject line of the email should read: Submission for 2025 Alumni Exhibit.
- Attach a PDF or doc file listing the works of art in the order of your attachments first by artist, title, date, medium, and dimensions. If submitting time-based work, please make sure to list the duration of your work.
- Artists will be notified of acceptance or rejection of their works on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
- Accepted artwork should be delivered to the Harlan Gallery on Sunday, May 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If mailing accepted work, work must be received no later than Tuesday, May 27 to be included in the exhibition. Mailing details will be provided upon acceptance.
- Artwork will be ready for pickup on Sunday, June 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Alumni Art Exhibit Gala opening reception is scheduled for Friday, June 6, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in conjunction with Alumni Weekend.
