Dear Seton Hill Alumni,

As we begin planning for Alumni Weekend honoring reunion class years ending in “0” and “5,” we're reaching out to find enthusiastic individuals to serve as Class Reunion Committee Members. This is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with classmates, strengthen your ties to Seton Hill, and play a vital role in making your reunion a memorable experience.

Being a Class Reunion Committee Member is a rewarding way to give back to the institution that helped shape you. In this role, you will:

• Lead the way by making a gift to Seton Hill University in honor of your reunion class and inspiring engagement from classmates in support of the reunion class gift.
• Articulate to classmates why giving back to Seton Hill University matters to you and the importance of continuing to support current and future generations of Setonians.
• Partner with and communicate consistently with a Seton Hill staff liaison to coordinate reunion efforts, including writing and lending their name to a reunion giving letter. This includes committing to a minimum of one hour per month participating in Zoom meetings with other Reunion Committee Members and a Seton Hill staff liaison.
• Plan and lead a class gathering (ex: meeting, social, activity) on campus on Saturday afternoon of Alumni Weekend. A modest budget and a meeting space on campus will be provided.
• Participate in and motivate classmates to attend Alumni Weekend and re-engage with Seton Hill University through peer-to-peer outreach via phone calls, email messages, and social media.
• Assist in locating lost alumni and updating classmates’ contact information.
• Serve as an on-site point of contact during Alumni Weekend to welcome and assist classmates.
