Martha Codi Raak '97
Former Dean, Continuing & Adult Studies

Martha served for twenty years as Former Dean of Continuing and Adult Education at Seton Hill.  She initiated the Office of Adult and Graduate Studies and helped to found the Adult Student Honorary Society, Alpha Lambda Sigman.  Martha earned an honorary degree from Seton Hill during alumni weekend in 2010.  In 1999, she was honored by the Athena Foundation with an Athena Award for her professional and civic contributions to the empowerment of women.  She has served as a volunteer for the League of Women Voters helping to encourage voter participation in elections and formerly ran for the 57th District in the Pennsylvania General Assembly's House of Representatives.
